4. 14-Day “Pride or It’s Free” Guarantee (Refund Policy) We stand behind our course with a 14-Day Story-Pride Promise. If your child completes the program within 14 days of purchase and does not finish a story they are proud of, you may request a full refund.

  • Upon issuing a refund, your access to the course and Private Storyteller’s Hub will be revoked.

5. The Private Storyteller’s Hub & Community Conduct Purchasers may receive access to a private community hub. By participating, you agree to treat all members with respect. We reserve the right to remove any member from the community without a refund if they engage in harassment, spam, or inappropriate behavior.

6. Disclaimer of Guarantees While our Products are designed to spark creativity and build confidence, every child is different. We do not guarantee specific psychological, educational, or behavioral outcomes. The Products are for educational and entertainment purposes only.
